The Idea Incubation Lab Asura Portal in Rata Sum keeps teleporting me to a prison instead of the actual lab. I noticed that the the loading screen comes twice.
Additional information: I swam in the water of Rata Sum before that happened but i tested other portals afterwards and they work just as fine.
