The trading post system seems to be a massive failure. It has created hosts of bots, which have made the game largely unplayable, It rewards massively those that would rather play the market than the game, creates massive resentment between players and generally makes the game suck.
Without the trading post the botters would be completely screwed. the players would actually play, and the game would be a lot more fun.
