I wonder if ArenaNet, already has tools to recover items stolen from hacked accounts?

I had my account compromised are 25 days.

Regained access the account after 2 days and realized that my items had been stolen.

In the midst of these items had a pre-cursor bow, The Lover.

I opened several tickets to support this time asking that they be looked at the logs, I posted several prints of my bow being sold in TP (TP sales history) and always got the answer that you could not do anything about it.

I tried one more time to farm gold to try to craft the The Lover again after spending more than 80g it. I continue without my pre-cursor.

How is it possible that Anet leave us helpless in this situation?

We are in the hands of unscrupulous hackers, and moreover, knowing that nothing can be done besides get your account back. Farewell items, gold Goodbye, goodbye all.

It is the question? Is there any tool or visualization procedures in the server logs that might help us in these cases?

I hope to see my The Lover again? or should I just settle for excuse us.

We will be able to offer account restorations in the future, and that will address these issues (for compromised accounts only). I regret that we cannot generate replacement items for you now, but I hope that knowing a better system will be developed in the future provides some small comfort.
