I was hacked a few days ago

I posted a ticket about this, the ticket status got changed to “Duplicate” a few hours later without any answers, now im still waiting for the supporters to answer if ill get a rollback or not, this happen to me around 6 days ago no, and i still havent recieved any answers if ill get a rollback or not..

Any of you know if they will roll your account back, or will i just have to deal with it/quit?

Ok, thanks, they answered me now.. Unfortunately they don’t give 2 kittens about it, I’m not getting anything back, this really makes me wanna quit.

We want to help with account restorations whenever we can. If it was declined, there are mitigating circumstances. Can you give me the ticket number, so I can investigate?
