So I submitted a ticket to get my guild wars 2 email to be changed but after I submitted the ticket there was no account for me to login into. I got the ticket confirmation email but when I try login into the support ticket site I can’t because I never created a account for the support site.
Also I included the new email I would like to it be changed to and the serial key, along with my order number when I bought it from arenanet. Will this be enough to get it changed?
