I read 'how to submit..', but got stuck

Hey folks, I have been experiencing constant crashes recently and the game has become unplayable. I opened a support ticket, but when I try to upload the supporting files it fails, so instead I pasted the text into the ticket. However, I am growing concerned that support are waiting for attachments on the ticket before carrying on the investigation…. am I right to be concerned?

Hi Jupitus – We recommend that you don’t paste the full report into tickets as this is thousands of lines of information that can often be difficult for support reps to sift through. If you’re unable to add the attachment through the support site you can always add them as an attachment via e-mail.

I am actually looking at your ticket at the moment and will get back to you asap. Tickets are answered in the order that they are received and so sometimes it can take a little bit of time to receive a response.
