I lost gold and i had a rollback.

Hi, about 5 o’clock AM at 30/09/2012 I was buying 5g 20s on gems… then the game gave me an error and the game was closed. I was trying enter the game about 30 minutes, but i couldn’t. When I can enter to game… I lost the gold and I dind’t have the gems… And I had a rollback about 30 minute more or less… I had repeat task, point of view, etc…

I sent a ticket by the game, I posted in the spanish forum (i’m spanish sorry for my english) but i don’t have anything answer… i’m very disappointed by this… and only want recovery my 5g 20s please.

We do not have a means to replace gold in situations of this kind. I don’t have any idea how you would have experienced a roll back, and I’m sorry for this situation.
