Is this not in the game yet? I downloaded the patch and see other things but none of the new gem store items.

Our delivery dolyak has experienced some delays along the way, but will be arriving soon. (Translation: Our developers are working on making that available in the BLTC). The Plush Quaggan Backpack Cover will be available shortly. Thanks for your patience.

EDIT: the store has been updated and you may now get your Quaggan Backpacks.
