I can't transfer back to my server

So a few months back I transferred to the Riverside server (EU) so I can do my map completion in WvW.

My home server is Desolation and I guested rarely on it while I was on the new server.

So basically now I bought 800 gems + gave over 100 gold to transfer back to Desolation but here’s the problem: on the main character selection, when I select my server to transfer back to it says “Account balance: 0”. Which is weird because I just got 1800 gems in my wallet. Can somebody explain what’s going on?
