I have two computers one at my mums and one at my dads.
when I bought the game I installed it on the computer at my mums house and then used the website to download the game at my dads.
When I try to play the game at my mums house it works fine but when I try at my dads house it constantly says that I have put the wrong password in no matter how many times I enter the correct one.
I can log into the website but not the game.
P.S I have opened a ticket and seemed to have got the most useless members of the support team there is and by that I mean they don’t bother actually reading what I put in my ticket and have reset my password once telling me what they changed it to despite the fact that the password isn’t the problem and the second time they didn’t even bother telling me they had done it
