I can't invite friend for trial period

Hi all.
Yesterday I bought Guild Wars 2.
Today I would like to invite 2 friends to try the game but when I go to "My account/Invite friends say me “Not Available”.
Is it normal cause I bought the game yesterday? Or What?

As it says in the announcement, your account must have been in good standing and created before November 6th.
