I can't changed my password

well i’m playing just fine today but after i logout and try to log in later its keep says

To better protect your account, please take the time now to change your password to something unique. In the near future, we’ll require a one-time reset from players who haven’t already changed their passwords.

then i follow the link to edit my password but it can’t its just refresh the changing password box when i try to and now i can’t play

any ideas?

That’s not an error that you’re seeing, that’s simply a message that is part of the UI.

Both of you should contact Support by filing a ticket through the “Ask a Question” tab on that linked page. They will be able to assist you. For tips on what information to provide in a ticket, please read this post and provide as much as possible to expedite the ticket.
