I cannot purchase Gem from the Gem store

I was trying to buy Gems from the trading post today (mind you I purchased some yesterday to buy the super cool medium armor). It says I need to confirm who I am. Not sure how to confirm this. I know recently I had some issues that I was trying to access my account and couldn’t due to the email authentication process but that is now all cleared up and done. I would like to purchase more Gems please!

Oh man, I’d be frustrated, too! If the ticket won’t go through, will you please send an email to [email protected]? Then a ticket will be made for you and you can look for a response via email (Be sure to check Spam and Junk, sometimes it gets blocked).
