I just tried to gift a store item to a friend and the window opens up blank. I checked other items and the same result. I tried logging out of the game and restarting it, but that has not worked. Any help would be appreciated, thank you.
is your friend online?
if they are, try typing in their character name instead of account name. I’ve come across this before, and doing that got around it
Good suggestions, nottsgman. I do suggest you type really, really carefully, though, because there are a lot of similarly-named character and you don’t want to send off an item to a stranger.
