How to start play on new world? Oo

I just bought game… well, 2 days ago, still can’t play it because of disconnects (error 7), so I did everything, open ports, disable firewals, everything that was written in these topics. Nothing helped, and I desided to ping ip of server (Blacktide) I was start a new character. 100% pocket loses… With my internet I did not have any problems with any games before… So I desided to change world and I found that the only way to do so, is pay money?
