how to report a hacker you cannot see?

Okay atm there is a hacker on the AG border in wvwvw, yesterday there was a similar (or the same) hacker on EB. I did check my combat log to check if I could actually extract some information from there, but it says unknown hits you [skill] for [xxxx] damage. (just to be sure I did printscreen this). Also the hacker is NOT viseble, so it’s impossible to make a screenie. So I have 2 qeustions:
- Where should I report the hacker
- Do I need to write down any other information that can be usefull, when I’m reporting it

That sounds quite bizarre, and we want to thank you for asking the question, because I have a feeling we want this information.

Can you kindly send an e-mail to our exploits address — [email protected] — and include the screenshot with your e-mail? That address is used exclusively for reporting exploits, and I believe what you’re describing fits that category.

Gaile are you sure that email address — [email protected] — is correct, I tried to email info on a cheater to it, and it was sent back saying the email could not be delivered, etc etc.

Oh goodness, I am so sorry! It’s [email protected]. Thank you for pointing that out — I will edit my post so that anyone seeing it will see the correct address.
