How to reach support to reset my password

Can someone tell me how to get a hold of support to reset my password?

I have 4 accounts and 3 of them are working. I tried the 4th one but I cannot remember the password. When I try the weblink I enter the email addy and the character name used and I have tried all 4 of the access codes I have but I keep getting an error indicating to contact support.

I have sent them numerous e-mails but no one is responding over the past 2 weeks and no one is responding.

I really want to purchase Guildwars 2 on this account.

I believe I heard there was a small issue with GW support the other day. I think as a temporary measure you might send an e-mail to [email protected] and put in the subject line: “GW Support” or something of that nature.

It could take a bit of time to get this sorted, since you’re sort of coming in through the side door, but we’ll do our best to help!
