make a ticket in order to get a refund on excess gathering tools? I’m asking on behalf of my gf and wanted to ask how to do this properly. There was a thread awhile back saying that you guys would do refunds since they were recently made account bound if you have excess tools and purchased them before becoming account bound. I just have heard a few horror stories of people trying to get refunds on certain items, and then customer support thinking they were asking for a full refund, which you guys do, but then ban the account right after. So I just wanna avoid not wording a ticket properly, and have her account banned. We have a lot of time and work into her account and hope I could get some clarification on this issue.
