How to make a suggestion for the game?

I have some suggestions to make, but there is an area for it (or I have not found).

Is there any area where you can make suggestions?

For example

I would suggest that it was created a system for graphical configuration differentiated, PVE and PVP.

When you are active in the PVE game use a certain graphical configuration, when you come into the game WvWvW would change for another that I had saved.

yes, as zogrim and VendettaDFA correctly state, there are yet subforums to be implemented so we ask all of you guys for a little bit of patience till we open them. Among many others, there is a special section for suggestions of this kind .
