How to contact tech support by phone?

I have not been able to play for 2 weeks now after the authentication update. In fact the game wont even let me log in. It will say “connection error re-trying”. My internet connection is strong, and the game ran smoothly till that update. Guild wars support takes 2-3 days to reply all the time giving me useless tips and answers that don’t work. I was only able to play for a week… I wanted a refund as whats the point of continuing this game where I have been out longer than able to get in.

Anyone know how to contact them by Phone? I keep getting robotic useless answers that take 2-3 days to reply.

I’m just tired and feel robbed. I even bought the limited digital edition one, so i just lost $80 and weeks of my life…

Oh! I tried UN-installing the game to re-install it but the client wont even download it this time. So yeah I have been completely locked out and have been receiving incompetent robotic advice…

The game client keeps telling me to check my internet… How am I able to write this then if I had no connection. My internet is fine and I have been using it the same way since the incident.

Tech support does not currently offer phone support at this time. However, if you can give me your ticket number, I will take a look at it for you.
