How to change linked email?

Hi, sorry if that has been asked before but I would really like to change my linked email address. The one that is currently used for this site was one that was stolen when Blizzard’s servers got hacked. (Was after I had already purchased this game).

Literaly whilst I was just on here, I received yet another email requesting a password reset for my account. I went in to My Account and under the Current Logins was an IP address in TX, I live in the UK. I clicked to Disconnect that address. I have only just regained access to my account albeit with everything missing, I added the 2-Step authenticator system and have the email notification, my password was completely changed and all this was done yesterday after receiving confirmation the email from GM Renzo.

I run MalwareBytes Professional each week on my computer and last full scan was the day before yesterday and nothing was found on my computer.

I do not use the email address this account is linked to as I am no longer with the ISP it is with, therefore I can only receive emails through it.

So thank you for any advice on how I would go about changing the linked email address to one that I do use.

I feel sure things will work out for you, Mitch.

In the meantime, it’s always best to update an active ticket rather than create a new one. Even if the subject is “I need access to my account” and then “Can you offer me an account restoration” it’s helpful for an agent to be able to access the notes from the previous ticket.
