How should we report gold spammers?

So when I see bots spamming msgs in Map chat to sell gold, I always submit a report for them (via right click name and report)

question: Does that go under Spamming (for spamming a msg) or Scamming (for promoting activity that’s against the user agreement)?

Reporting gold sellers/RMT as scamming or spamming is fine. It will go to Customer Support and they’ll investigate and take appropriate action. The team is taking a look at the in-game reporting categories and may consider adding a new category that covers RMT or gold sells. Thank you.
