Hey guys as you may have seen I’ve been going mental over the last hour due to a recent banned account which has cause my life to crash slightly. Question is how long does it take for the support center to A) reply as to if its been seen to
the problem gets a solution e.g. do they have a deadline time for all tickets or what?

Having a crisis over here, and hoping this all blows over as some mistake or something.
