How long does support take?

My account has been suspended for unauthorized access as I was playing it and my guild is doing events today and in the next 5 hours and if I am not there I may get kicked..It’s a simple issue that takes 5 minutes to correct but where is support? I have not heard a thing. I sent in a ticket early last night.

I’m sorry to hear that. I’ve posted an update today for older tickets. Perhaps yours was in the sticky thread for tickets 5+ days old? If so, it may have been answered in today’s update (another sticky thread above).

In answer to the OP, you should get a response a few minutes after you create a ticket just confirming that the ticket is in the queue. Then, matters are usually resolved in a few days. There is a thread you can post in for another review, if the ticket happens to go to 5 days, but the number of tickets doing that is dropping dramatically as we bring on more agents.

I did not get a response at all, not even automated. Should I remake the ticket?
