I sent them an email on 9/12 and today is 9/18 but yet I have not received even a reply. I updated my ticket 3 times to include extra info i thought would speed up the process.
Am i wrong in thinking that they will wait until the time frame for refunds is up to tell me I am no longer eligible to receive one?
