Cornish, we receive appeals at this address every day. If the email address did not work we would have many, many more people raising this issue. Try removing the period from the end of the address (it’s an end-of-sentence period, not part of the email address) and try again.

Since this isn’t a game bug, this thread will be moved to a more appropriate subforum.
