I can’t tell from the item description in the gem store for the purchasable armor skins: do they work like the Heritage skins (in that they can be applied only once to an armor piece, but continue to be available any time the character wishes to apply the skin to a NEW piece) or is it truly a “apply once and its gone” thing?
