How comes obvious bots can even make it to level 30+ without being banned?

By obvious bot, I don’t mean the hacked account with a random class and a normal name. I mean rangers (or often groups of them), with gibberish names, running always the same path killing the same stuff over and over again.

How comes those bots are even able to make it past level 15 and leave the starter areas? I can’t believe your in game customer service is so bad that they can’t see what is obvious to us players.

Bots in low level areas, I can fully understand, it still needs some time for them to be detected. But in 30+ areas? Come on, you have to react faster. Really.
