Hi, not to get into details, I just wanted to know how can I pull my support ticket I made since I solved my issue on my own. I tried replying back to the automatic repsonse “I no longer need help” but I keep getting a automatic response nearly everynight at midnight (server time). If there’s no way, then I’ll just wait it out. I just figured I don’t want to waste someone’s time looking into my “issue” when there is none and they could help someone else.
