[HELP] MISSING GEMS

I have 1400 gems on my account then around 3am central time of sept 20 I tried to trade my gem for gold. When I tried to purchase, an error appeared. Around 7pm central time of sept 20. I check my account and there was 0 gems on it. I checked if I had some gold due to the purchase and found that there was no gold added.
