Help! Hacked and Moved to a new world!

Its been a while since I logged into Guild Wars2, and I noticed in my Email lately Ive been getting a lot of “Authorize Log-In”. I never clicked on any of these links, thinking if I didnt authorize it, it would be ok. However, I went to log in today, and noticed my password didn’t work. No big deal, I found my box and entered in the Serial Key and reset my password. Once I log in, Im shocked…I have a level 60 character, Im ranked Gladiator in PvP, and Im on the EU servers. I purchased and registered my account in NA, even once spoke to my friends about starting on Jade Quarry. Now Im stuck on the EU servers, and I cannot play with any of my friends because they’re all on NA. I even tried deleting all the characters ( I dont want a level60 I didnt level my self). Now Im mad that I cant play with my friends, Im upset someone violated my account security. And now I have achievements, and a PvP rank that I didnt earn myself. I sent in a help ticket, but decided to come here since I couldn’t find a contact number. Is there anyway to switch worlds so I can play with my friends, and even more important can my account roll back so I dont have these “un-earned” achievements and PvP rank.

When you submit a ticket — as you did — you are doing exactly what you need to do to get your situation corrected. No one can assist you in the forums. Support can and will help you with this. Thank you for submitting a ticket.

I have merged a few threads to make sure you each see my answer. You need to contact Support by filing a ticket through the “Ask a Question” tab on that linked page. They will be able to look into this for you.
