Help guys! Installing the game error

Hello guys, i just got Guild Wars for christmas present and want to jump right into the game straight away. But the very first problem i encounter, is pretty an error. Sadly

I start the install launcher looking completely normal http://imgur.com/SpxnR,qyl46
Then, after a few seconds of standing there, i get the error http://imgur.com/SpxnR,qyl46#1
I tried both the CD, following and i tried downloading it from the website, none work

Please help me, i really want to play this game

Hi terroristmuffin – Do you happen to have any security software enabled? This is often the cause of the “Download Failed!” error message.
