Help! cannot download...

I have tried now 3 times to download the game, each time it gets to around 20% then stops displaying the following message;

“Exception: c0000005
A serious error has occurred that prevented the application from continuing. A report has been sent to ArenaNet to help determine the cause.”

I have downloaded and played the game previously with no issues, anyone else getting this problem or have a solution?

Hi trotro – Unfortunately this isn’t enough information for us to go off of as a number of different things could be causing this crash. I would first ensure that you meet the system requirements. If you do, I’d start with a driver update and a repair to start. Beyond this, I’d need to see a crash log from you in order to get some idea as to why you’re experiencing this problem.
