Hello I need help! A Friend of mine gave me two of his accounts. everything was fine until i got a new computer which means new ip! He and i have tried to authenticate the ip over and over! With no luck! It’s becoming very frustrating to both of us since he no longer plays, and i do yet can’t access these accounts. He has submitted a support ticket on the 31st of May and here it is the 9th of June and we have not heard a thing about what is going on with these accounts. We both love the game and he paid a lot of money (since he lives in Australia) But this is giving us both doubts about the customer service you all have. But it seems with all the requesting of authentications it froze both accounts. He has requested a new password with no email in return. Please please help!!!!!!! If you need the account names for these accounts please let me know. He submitted a support ticket but it’s frozen so he can’t post this or ask about it. since i have an account already (that is my husbands) i decided to post this…

Yes we looked in spam folders he has approved my ip to use these accounts.. yet nothing. Please help if possible.

You were attempting to acquire access to accounts for which you were not the owner. That is strictly forbidden, and Support will not be able to assist you with that.
