Hearts without events

I understand that renown hearts in the game indicate areas where you will find events. However, so far, I’ve come across 2 hearts that do not have any events. The first eventless heart is Mei Shadowwalker near Provern Shore of Gendarran Fields. The second is Arcanist Sol on Grand Barrier Isle in Bloodtide Coast. Are there supposed to be events at these locations? Can somebody please tell me if there are events at these locations and if so, what they are so I can watch for them?

There’s two criers that appear in that area for events that happen nearby. I’m not 100% sure that every single heart has a corresponding heart, but the one’s that don’t are few and far between.
