I bought the game at launch and played for a few days. I am in the military and left for active duty. I came home this week and was very pumped up to begin playing. I try to log in and it says my account is banned
I submitted a ticket yesterday but heard nothing. Against my better judgement, I bought a new CD key digital download this morning. I registered the new CD key to my old account email and it still says I am banned. Is this a bug or did I really just spend another 59$ just to look at a banned screen? ugh.
