i have had enough of “account security”

7 days ago i was hacked. posted a ticket, thaight it was sorted. no i was given access to another account. seeing as it was the only account to have access to the game, i started another character.

today i recieve another ticket response with my origional account name which is this opstrat.2473 but with an email that i have never heard of before and a temp password. i logged in and changed to an alt email and password. i reopen the last ticket and ask to have my 1st account sorted with chars from both accounts on it.

now i recieve an email saying that “someone hopefully me has changed my email” which indicates the account has been hacked again.

arena net, i have had enough. i am tired of playing support wars.

tl:dr i got hacked was given 2 accounts that were a mess now i have been hacked again.
