The Time is now 7:35 AM PST on 29 APR 13.
Last night at approximately 10:00 PM PST 28 APR 13 I lost access to my account. I immediately tried to reset my PW, but it said that there was a problem with the server and to contact support. I have been receiving one of the Phishing Scams in my email but have been deleting it, and most recent ones have been going directly to my spam folder. Knowing this I immediately submitted a Trouble Ticket 130429-000758.
This morning I was able to utilize the GW2 Password Reset and gain access to my account again.
1. All my characters are in the wrong order as if someone has logged in to each of them.
2. My Main no longer has her exotic armor equipped.
3. Even though I can get to the login screen again I cannot get onto a server and get disconnected each time I do.
4. When I login with my Wife’s account I can see that someone else is currently playing as my Main (lvl 80 Ranger)!!!
I’ve already updated my trouble ticket with this information, but hoped that posting would get a quicker response and hopefully stop whoever is currently logged on to my character.
