hacker got my retrieval info.

So a hacker hacked my account a while ago ( 3 weeks ). in the process of hacking my email , he got my gw2 account.

The problem is , when he hacked my email , he got my serial code , my date of birth and my name ( hotmail ftl ).

Now he keeps retrieving my account , destroying my item and then sending the gold to his toon via mail system.

He just keeps retrieving my account via support because i got hacked. Is there any way that arenanet lock the email on my account forever to it?

You need to submit a ticket, or update your ticket from a NEW email address, so the hacker cannot continue to use your credentials to access your account.
