Hacked on September 11th

I was hacked around September 11th after having previously played the night before it has been a couple of days now since I submitted my ticket and have gotten no update or confirmation. I know you are busy but I can’t even play due to all of my stuff being gone, when can I have my account restored to the way it was when I logged out the night before (September 10th)? The being hacked was pretty obvious considering I logged off at 11pm or so that night from the US then logged on at 2AM from Tokyo? Could you please fix this quickly so I can play?

To be honest since I have total account access I just need my items and gold sent back to me from before I was hacked.
