Hacked, now what?

Hello,

So I got hacked. Received an email in the middle of the night that someone tried to log in on my account.

I tried to log in myself, it didn’t work. Fortunately the great support people helped me reset my password. However, I logged in and I saw that I have only 1 character left. My warrior.

Is there any way I can get my other characters back too? And what about the weapons/money/armor I had? It would mean a lot to me.
