Hacked and switched to different server

So I have was hacked a while ago from some Chinese ip address. I made sure to secure my account afterwards, changed the passwords for both my email and gw2 account.

I did lose all of my stuff and my characters, but was also switched to a European server. I’ve submitted multiple tickets to get help but have yet to receive any email to help me. Is there anyway I can get a free server switch?

This forum is not intended to expedite your responses, nor to follow up on issues that haven’t even had time for an agent’s initial review. Account compromises take time, because they must be reviewed with care to ensure the account is given only to the legitimate account owner. If you’re asking for movement between servers or for an account restoration, that too takes time.
