Hacked account terminated

Hackers got into my emails hacked/compromised/stole 2 of my gw2 accounts.
When I was finally able to reset passwords and set up all the extra security for said emails I then did the same for the 2 accounts .
I was able to reset both accounts passwords but when trying to log into them both accounts were terminated for “assisting in selling gold/items for real world money” which told me all my stuff is gone and sold off.
I sent in two seperate tickets for each account and within a day they gave me one account back after the investigation (and all my characters were naked with no items or gold account wide) and hours later they rolled the account back a few days and I had all my stuff…whew.
The second account wasnt returned to me and I was told because the account was used for assisting in selling gold/items for real world money that the account will stay terminated.
What the hell is that all about? Anyone else have this happen to them?
The EXACT same things happened to 2 accounts within hours of each other and I get 2 totally different responses results?
