Hacked Account, no reply, please respond

A family members account was hacked over 3 days ago with zero response after submitting a ticket. I don’t consider this slow a response to be anything close to “acceptable” customer service. Especially when it concerns theft of account information and is entirely the fault of the company’s flawed email change system.

He has the same problem as many people on this forum. He received the “your email has been changed” notification and had his info changed with no activity on his part. Since his email has been changed he cannot access these forums.

Please respond to my account, post or email with any information possible about ticket #120910-007927 as soon as possible.

Ticket #120910-007927, please get back to me ASAP. Thank you.
