Today I tried to log in and to my surprise my account had been compromised. Nothing was taken, no auths were given out to my knowledge. (And no new ones are listed if there were)
I have the following questions:
Why did they not give themselves auth via using this mobile auth people are talking here about?
Are we sure this isn’t on your end, I read your statement on HB but after observing this forum I’m not too sure
Should I be investing in mobile auth over email auth?
Also I noticed there was a Texas IP logged in when I changed my password and had access again, I “Disconnected” them via the security menu. Can anyone at Anet give me information on that IP as I live in California, not Texas. Do they still have access to the account or could they have still been logged in from previous information?
