GW2 Support: Anyone else have this issue?

It seems like every time I send in a support ticket about something I need help with, I am constantly being told, “We feel your pain, but we can’t help you.”

Has anyone else gotten similar messages in response where support claims they are unable to do anything about the situation? It’s getting rather repetitive and makes me wonder if there is a point to having a support ticket option if we are never receiving any support over the matter? I am getting extremely annoyed with it.

To be clear, we don’t have a timeframe for the name change feature, but it is planned in the future.
