Already submitted a support ticket, just wanted to ask the community. I went to log in and got this beautiful pop up saying,
“Your Guild Wars 2 account has been terminated for engaging in or assisting with gold or item sales for real-world money, which is a breach of the User Agreement and Rules of Conduct. This action is permanent.”
That statement is completely false and I have done nothing wrong, illegal, or against any policies. I would like to have my account back and I hope it hasn’t been deleted since it has been terminated."
I’ll go ahead and say that’s so completely false and I’ve done nothing wrong or against any policies or ToS. Anyways, my question to you guys is:
1) Has this happened to anyone else?
2) How long do support tickets take to get answered?
3) If it says terminated…and permanent…is my stuff still there or has it been deleted and gone forever, even after they realize they made a mistake in banning me?
Thanks for any help you guys can give! I’m eagerly waiting a response from the support, but have no idea how long I will be waiting. >_<
