GW1 & GW2 with different emails

My Guild Wars 1 has a different email then my Guild Wars 2 email. Is it possible for support to “merge” these accounts to one, so I can link them? (For HoM)

My “big” problem is:
- I can’t even remember my password for my GW1 account
- I can’t remember any of the characters on the account

But, I do have the original Key# Email at the time of the purchase.

I am asking here in forums if anyone has had similar situation & if it was resolved (good or bad) before I do submit my situation. I would love to avoid having to purchase another GW1 account.
