Gw linking problem

So today I wanted to see if I could finally reset my GW (1) password, but again after about 1 year or so it still says the in game client password reset is unavailable so it sends me to customer support, I send in a ticket with all the info I can provide.

I provided my full name, Current in game characters and past in game characters that I could remember, my original password, my physical address, and the only thing I could not provide were my serial codes because my older brother bought the games for me I believe back in 08 and I’ve moved a few times so my boxes got lost.

So then I saw I could make a master account for NCsoft to try to get my account back, but all logins are unavailable.

What am I to do?

Don’t worry about supplying every bit of info, just continue to discuss with Support. They will respond, so if you don’t see any response, check your Spam and Junk Mail folders. If you still don’t see anything and it’s been three days or more, post in the Tickets for Review sticky thread and I’ll take a look.
