Guild Wars 2 takes me to black screen.

I installed GW2 and when I try and run the application it just takes me to a black windows. Anyone else having this issue?

Hi Mandy and Thornton,
Sorry to hear you’re having problems. Please file a customer support ticket and submit your system’s info.

Go to [Apple menu] > About this Mac, then click “More Info…”
On the next window, click “System Report…”
Select: File > Save and then save it to your desktop.
Attach this file to your support ticket, and please include “Mac Black Screen” in the subject line.

Are you seeing this black screen immediately after starting the client, or after logging into the launcher and pressing “Play”?
